Full Description & Specifications
Contemporary Research introduces a new solution for intelligent television control, the ICE-HE Ethernet Head End Controller. Through a single Ethernet port, the ICE-HE can network thousands of iCC-Net TV controllers and tuner/controllers communicating over the same CATV cable that carries the media channels.
With Ethernet connectivity, software applications and control systems don't have to be located in the same area as the ICE-HE. All that is needed is a full-time Ethernet connection. The industry standard iCC-Net protocol operates seamlessly over Ethernet networks, RS-232 control ports, RF coax, and fiber optic cables.
